Three Lines

The client, Three Lines Group, sought to establish a modern and elegant workspace that mirrors their brand identity and progress in the industry. Situated in Umm Ramool, the office spans approximately 760 square metres, consolidating their branches into one cohesive unit, intended to attract both clients and top-tier talent.

The design concept revolves around seamlessly integrating the company’s brand colours into a sophisticated and contemporary interior. Blue and orange accents were strategically placed amidst a palette of neutral greys and whites, creating a harmonious and visually striking environment. White Oak was used as a base to accent the tones. High-quality materials such as marble, glass, polished metal, and plush fabrics imbue the space with a sense of luxury and refinement. Cutting-edge technology plays a pivotal role, with smart lighting, climate control systems, and state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment seamlessly integrated into the design. Modern and sleek furniture pieces complement the overall aesthetic, balancing comfort and luxury while promoting a professional atmosphere.

An open-plan layout was used to encourage collaboration and communication among team members while maximizing natural light and views. Subtle branding elements, including custom artwork, signage, and logo displays, were strategically incorporated to reinforce the company’s identity throughout the space. Dedicated relaxation areas, such as lounge spaces and a well-designed break room, provide employees with opportunities to unwind and recharge.
